Q. What was the major benefit of using Amvic ICF over other exterior rigid board materials with or without integrated strapping?

A. “For me it would have to be the advantage of not having to do the two processes. It’s basically cutting the labor in half. The strapping is good quality 1-inch plywood which is superior to a three-quarter inch spruce which is what we would typically use.”

Q. Why did you choose Amvic ICF?

A. “I used Envirostrap because I was looking for a better way to use a rigid Exterior insulation to give us a thermal break on our framing.”
