1965

Drew Foam

Drew Foam begins molding and fabricating EPS in Monticello, Arkansas.

1975

CBIS

Concrete Block Insulating Systems (CBIS), originally known as Korfil, opens for business in West Brookfield, Massachusetts.

1981

ICA

Insulation Corporation of America (ICA) is formed in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

1989

FPM

Fabricated Packaging Materials (FPM) is founded in Lancaster, Ohio.

1991

Huntington Solutions

Huntington Solutions, originally known as Huntington Foam, opens its doors in Greer, South Carolina.

1998

Amvic

Amvic Building Systems (AMVIC) is established in Toronto, Canada.

2020

Alleguard acquires ICA, Drew Foam, and Huntington Solutions.

2021

Alleguard acquires FPM

2022

Alleguard acquires AMVIC and CBIS
