Amvic™ ICF Insulated Concrete Forms
Amvic™ ICF offers highly durable and energy efficient wall enclosures. The reinforced concrete core provides resistance to severe weather, keeping valuable machinery, tools and equipment safe. The continuous insulation creates a more thermally comfortable space while providing reduced energy consumption along with lower annual maintenance costs. High Density (HD) Foam Insulation
HD Foam is a series of cost-effective products designed to meet the need for high compressive flat sheet insulation requirements. These products are primary targeted towards below slab applications but can be used practically anywhere in the workshop. The high density of foam creates for a very strong panel with high thermal resistance and an excellent resistance to moisture.
Ampex Insulated PEX Panel
The Ampex insulated hydronic radiant PEX panel provides heating, insulation and vapor barrier in a single system. Thicker concrete slabs and heavier equipment can be easily supported by the high compressive strength panels while maintaining the ease of installation and compatibility of up to 1” (25mm) PEX tubing.
The panels can easily support walking and wheelbarrows during construction without damage to the panel or the tubing. The finished floor is always dry and warm making repair work while on the floor a more comfortable experience. Due to the radiant heat distribution, the heating is done at the occupant level without the need to heat the entire volume of the workshop.
