Densified EPS created by removing the air from EPS foam. The result is a resin that’s up to 90 times denser than EPS foam and versatile enough to be used in products from park benches to picture frames to home furnishings.

Densified EPS gives post-use EPS foam new life as a wide variety of products such as coat hangers, garbage cans, plant pots, garden furniture, glue and more. Available in a wide variety of densities, Alleguard Densified EPS is produced as pellets and ingots. Alleguard Densified EPS is produced by clean-operating hydraulic densifiers which use hydraulic pressure to compress EPS foam and break down its elasticity.
