The Alexander Condominium is a 39-unit residential building with underground parking and an amenity room, serving as the first of three buildings on the same site. As part of a wellness community named after Group of Seven artists, it was constructed using ICF, enabling winter construction in Northern Ontario, with concrete poured in subzero temperatures.

Royal Canadian Legion Branch 25
Royal Canadian Legion is a108-unit residential building features tenant underground parking, private balconies, and multiple gathering and amenity spaces. The ground floor houses the local Royal Canadian Legion Branch 25, along with a museum and gathering hall. Tenant community gardens, built from ICF, sit atop the ramp entrance to the underground parking. The use of ICF enabled efficient construction through Northern Ontario’s harsh winters without weather-related delays. Built on the former site of the Wawanosh Residential School, the project also included the restoration of the Legion’s artifacts, now displayed in a dedicated museum space, preserving the history of the RCL and past conflicts.
