Robert B. Mahoney

Chief Financial Officer

Robert B. Mahoney joins Alleguard as Chief Financial Officer with wide experience in manufacturing, global operations and extensive experience in both public and private company governance.

Mahoney’s career started in the semiconductor world where advanced electronics in computing and digital signal processing were being developed. Starting as a plant cost accountant, he rapidly worked his way into senior positions at Texas Instruments and National Semiconductor. He spent large amounts of time offshore restructuring and streamlining operations during the typical boom and bust cycles of the industry. Ultimately reaching the position of Corporate Controller at National Semiconductor, he was a key contributor to National’s turnaround.  He then joined a leading worldwide component manufacturer, Molex Inc., in Chicago, as CFO. Eight years as CFO were then followed by five years running the operations of Molex’ $1B+ Asia Group.

Over the last 15+ years, Mahoney has held a number of senior financial executive positions in private equity. These include 4+ years with an Apollo portfolio company preparing and ultimately taking it public on the NYSE, the sale of a privately held company in the cell phone accessory space and the successful sale of a Nashville-based consumer and business media company. Most recently he was instrumental in the sale of global capital equipment manufacturer based in the US to a global Taiwanese public company.

Mahoney brings a wealth of knowledge in manufacturing, global operations, M&A and governance. Cost and Supply Chain are two particular areas of expertise, along with the products themselves.

Mahoney graduated from the University of Virginia with a degree in Economics and has his MBA from the University of Michigan. He has been married to Wendi Strauch Mahoney for 42 years and has five children.

Dusty McNab

Vice President, Sales and Marketing – Block and Fabrication

Dusty McNab is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing – Block and Fabrication at Alleguard.

Dusty is responsible for the overall commercial strategy, order planning, customer service, marketing, and field sales functions across the fabrication division of Alleguard. Dusty has held leadership roles in Sales and Marketing, Finance, and Corporate Strategy and Development in the building materials and consumer goods industries for over 15 years leading acquisition teams, integrations, strategy transformations, go-to-market redesigns, designed product life cycle management systems, and brought new brands to market. Dusty joined Alleguard in August for 2021 leading the Business Development and Financial Analysis functions, transitioning to his current role in March of 2022.

Kurt Arbeen

Vice President, Sales and Marketing – Shape Molding

Kurt Arbeen is the Vice President of Sales for the Shape Molding Division of Alleguard. Kurt joined the organization in March 2022 from Smurfit Kappa.

Kurt oversees all commercial aspects of our field shape molding sales team and customer service functions across our protective packaging, appliance, automotive, and cold chain end markets. Kurt’s background in the packaging industry, with Smurfit Kappa and Victory Packaging is a valuable asset to Alleguard, for evaluating new market opportunities, initiating strategic partnerships, scaling sales organizations for growth, cross selling across multiple locations, and operating in an aggressive acquisition environment.

Trisha Feely

Vice President, Human Resources

Trisha V. Feely is the Vice-President of Human Resources at Alleguard. She is responsible for directing Human Resources activities across the company’s operations.

Trisha is responsible for directing Human Resources activities across the company’s operations including talent management, leadership and organizational development, environmental health and safety, payroll, compensation, and benefits as well as employee relations. Trisha joined Alleguard in May 2021 and brings over 30 years of HR experience. She has held Senior HR roles in manufacturing as well as natural gas utility focused on HR strategies and day to day support. She is a master black belt in Transactional Process Improvement (TPI) and has a dual Master’s degree in HR Management and HR Development from Webster University, St. Louis, MO.

James Olesinski

GM and Vice-President, Canada

James Olesinski is the Vice President and General Manager, Canada

James is responsible for overseeing the Canadian operations of Alleguard. James joined Amvic in July 2021 as CFO and was a key contributor in the acquisition and transition to Alleguard. Prior to joining Amvic, James served as the CFO for The Stewart Group and has over 20 years of experience overseeing global financial operations that included Canada, USA, Ireland, Barbados and India. James’ experience includes a broad range of industries including the manufacturing of latex foam for the flooring and personal care industries, resins, powders and gels for the cable industry, and odor control biotechnology.

James’ expertise includes manufacturing with global operations, M&A transition, development and implementation of global tax strategies, process improvement and management controls.

James is a CPA, CA, a CFA Charterholder, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto.

Bobby Cole

Vice President, Block and Fabrication Manufacturing Operations

Bobby Cole is the Vice President of Block and Fabrication Manufacturing Operations for Alleguard, overseeing our 5 domestic block and fabrication manufacturing locations. Bobby has been with Alleguard for 23 years, serving in in a variety of roles within the company, as plant leadership, field sales, and strategic sourcing for our raw materials. Prior to Alleguard, Bobby spent 16 years with Baldor Electric Company in growing operational roles. Bobby’s critical contributions in safety, operations leadership development, operational process improvement, and capacity upgrades have been essential to our growth in block and fabrication.

Mike Saber

Vice President, Supply Chain

Mike Saber is the Vice President, Supply Chain

Mike’s primary responsibilities includes creating and executing on our procurement strategy direct and indirect materials, services, and logistics for all of Alleguard’s locations. As a leader of our transportation organization, he oversees the logistics and management of our dedicated fleet services for our block and fabrication organization.

Mike has spent the last thirteen years with Belden, most recently as VP of Order Fulfillment & Logistics where he was responsible for North American planning, operational strategy, warehousing, SIOP, inventory, and logistics.  Mike also spent ten years with the Crouse-Hinds division of Cooper Industries (now Eaton) where he progressed through sales, sales management, and product management roles.
