The Ultra-Modern home consists of a passive solar design, massive windows and a walkable rooftop terrace.
With the use of ICF walls, concrete floors and solar panels, the home itself eliminates hydro bills and feeds energy back into the grid. The home also features an in-floor radiant heat system which heats the home more efficiently. The construction of this particular home also used 97% less trees than if built conventionally.
