We would like to address concerns which you probably have regarding the possibility of COVID-19 impacting our business, specifically our ability to manufacture and ship our products.
To date, we have not experienced a negative impact upon our manufacturing operations and raw material supply. We are taking precautions to ensure the safety of our employees and our ability to continue operating. We have asked a number of our office staff to work from home, but all our plant managers and production employees are working at all of our locations. We understand that you and your customers have to provide to your families, and we have an obligation to supply you. We will do everything in our power to fulfill this obligation.
Until further notice, we are suspending all customer events, training and gatherings at our facilities, we are asking all customers picking up product from our facilities to wait outside while we are loading products and servicing you.
The situation is rapidly changing, so we will continue to share updates with you. For the most up-to-date information in your area, please reach out to your local territory manager.
